Blake Fowler is an absolute professional realtor. Our experience with blake started with friendly advice after the flood of 2016. The shock of having water enter our home left us searching for answers to basic questions as to the best path forward. Do we sell "As-Is" and walk away from a terrible situation? Do we restore our home and continue to live in our cherished home? Do we restore, sell and move? We scheduled a meeting and Blake gave us his advice and we followed his lead. Blake gave us reassurance and set a path forward not only endorsing our home restoration but also specific direction to maximize the return on our investment if we decided to sell in the future. Blake advised us to restore our home, live in it for a while and wait before we made a decision to sell. As the restoration wrapped up we felt a sense of accomplishment and were very pleased with the results of our hard work. As time passed we realized that the threat of future flooding was a gamble we were unwilling to take. We contacted Blake for a reassessment of our home and what else needed to be done to offer it for sale. Again, Blake asked us to wait just a little longer to maximize our sales price and lower the time on the market. Perfect advice! Our home went on the market on a Friday afternoon and Blake had a signed purchase agreement by Noon the following day (Saturday). Our home was sold for much more than we ever expected.. We have moved on and have settled into our new home but the path we took, and return we realized, would never have been possible without the skilled guidance and professional advice of Blake Fowler.
